Products shall be designed to satisfy our customer accordingly to given specifications, and delivered on time and to the right quantity. Formenta does not accept any mistakes in production and delivery. Customer Relations The customer is the most important factor in our business. We shall develop long term and active relations with our customer, satisfy their needs and offer best possible service. To achieve this, our understanding of the customer's needs and requirements is essential. Supplier Relations A high and consistent quality standard for our products is of highest importance, to meet the demands from our customers. Through close and active relations with our suppliers, we meet market needs and work for future product development. Staff Relations To meet our principle, our production needs to be of highest quality. This requires involvement, commitment and understanding from all our staff. Formenta shall give all employees adequate education and information to meet these needs. Equipment and work process shall be developed in a way that every single employee can have an affect on their work situation and develop in their work. Goal We annually set up new quality goals in order to achieve continuous improvements.
