We therefore encourage employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct or irregularities relating to us or our operations.
Together with Whistleblowing Solutions AB, Ernströmgruppen has implemented the Whistlelink whistleblowing service. The service allows you to submit a report anonymously and provides information about how to report a concern and how your case will be handled.
At ernstromgruppen.whistlelink.com, you will find all the information you need to submit a report. You decide how much information you wish to provide and can remain anonymous throughout the entire process. All reports are received and handled by Whistleblowing Solutions, which acts as the external recipient for Ernströmgruppen’s whistleblowing service.
When you submit a report, you will receive a unique case number and verification code. These can be used to follow your case, provide additional information and receive feedback. Feedback will be provided no later than 90 days after the report has been received.
Whistleblowing Solutions conducts an initial assessment of each report to determine whether it falls within the scope of the whistleblowing service. All reports are treated confidentially, and anyone who chooses to report anonymously will remain anonymous throughout the entire process.
